A culinary cross-section of Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese, the Grand Wok is the place to dine when your cravings for Asian cannot be ignored. With an open sushi bar and ktichen, bamboo floors accented in black granite, and a private glass-walled dining area with waterfall, an evening here will give your palate a lesson on the finer points of Asian cuisine.

The Grill at Valentino
The grilled pizzas are a definite must try, however, you can enjoy an array of traditional Italian foods including fresh salads and pastas, veal, T-bone steak flavored with rosemary, the famous three meat lasagna or shrimp and calamari skewers. Isla Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar
Isla Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar has opened at TI. In collaboration with the Food & Beverage Team and award-winning international designer Jeffrey Beers, known for Tabú Ultra Lounge at MGM Grand, Chef Richard Sandoval explores traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant has come alive with Isla’s custom-designed roving guacamole cart armed and ready to serve a variety of Chef Sandoval’s fresh-made guacamoles.

With its sparkling chandeliers, miles of pastel chintz and colorful bursts of flowers, Jasmine is a room built for romance. Chef Philip Lo, an originator of nouvelle Hong Kong cuisine, creates contemporary and classic Cantonese, Szechuan and Hunan dishes, as well as live seafood specialties. Specialties include Maine Lobster Dumplings with Ginger Sauce; Minced Squab in Lettuce Petals; Crystal Florida Stone Crab Claws; Garlic Beef Tenderloin, and Imperial Peking Duck. Lawry's The Prime Rib
In 1938, Lawrence L. Frank and Walter Van de Kamp co-founded the original Lawry's The Prime Rib on La Cienega Boulevard, in Beverly Hills, California. It was born from Lawrence's dream of creating a restaurant featuring the glorious standing ribs of beef served on Sundays in his boyhood home.

Le Cirque
For over a quarter century, Le Cirque has remained the gustatory temple at the epicenter of New York's social, business and power dining scenes. Ringmaster Sirio Maccioni, long recognized as the "world's most charismatic restaurateur," brought his Four-Star culinary magic to the Las Vegas Strip with the opening of Bellagio. Perched astride an eight-acre lake filled with dancing fountains, Le Cirque is a whimsical jewel box of color and detail, from the star-studded entry of polished woods to the sumptuous, swooping silk-tented ceiling. Executive Chef Marc Poidevin matches the animated surroundings with vibrant French cookery that is by turns rustic and elegant: Braised Rabbit in Riesling with Spaetzle, Fava Beans and Wild Mushrooms; Roasted Chicken in Black Truffle Skin with Roasted Potatoes and Lobster Salad "Le Cirque" with Black Truffle Dressing. Le Village Buffet
A departure from the traditional Las Vegas-style buffet, this extraordinary dining experience takes buffet dining to a higher echelon by featuring live-action stations, the freshest ingredients and food cooked to order in a remarkable French village setting. Le Village Buffet brings to life five provinces of France through culinary expertise and visual attention to detail. Each station is themed for a particular province and features an intricate façade designed to replicate the architecture of that region. Meals are prepared as they are ordered to ensure the quality and freshness of each selection. A large selection of pastries, pies and an assortment of sugar-free delicacies are offered from the buffet’s dessert station. Two of our newest cooking stations include: La Raclette (which comes from the French word “racler” meaning “to scrape”) features melted cheese accompanied by a medley of cured meats, steamed potatoes, assorted vegetables and French bread. La Grillade (grill), another new station, is displayed in the window of the buffet for passersby on Le Boulevard to see, features a selection of assorted skewers of meat, seafood and sausages grilled to perfection. Les Artistes Steakhouse
Some come for the menu ­ where dishes like the bone-in filet mignon, salt-crusted prime rib, and an array of seafood compete for your appetite’s attention. Others choose this steakhouse for its architecture and Impressionist art– often called the most beautiful dining room in Las Vegas. MGM Grand Buffet

Open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the key to this buffet is to plan ahead. Enjoy the dinner buffet featuring items like king crab legs, rack of lamb, turkey carved to order, and prime rib. There is also an extensive salad bar for veggie lovers and an appetite-satisfying assortment of desserts for those with a sweet tooth. Mon Ami Gabi
It’s easy to become a Francophile at this charming French bistro that offers al fresco dining on the Strip. Though offering a terrific spot for people watching, you’d better get your looks in early.
