Lawry's The Prime Rib
In 1938, Lawrence L. Frank and Walter Van de Kamp co-founded the original Lawry's The Prime Rib on La Cienega Boulevard, in Beverly Hills, California. It was born from Lawrence's dream of creating a restaurant featuring the glorious standing ribs of beef served on Sundays in his boyhood home.
For over a quarter century, Le Cirque has remained the gustatory temple at the epicenter of New York's social, business and power dining scenes. Ringmaster Sirio Maccioni, long recognized as the "world's most charismatic restaurateur," brought his Four-Star culinary magic to the Las Vegas Strip with the opening of Bellagio.
